SYNTHESIS AND MOLECULAR DOCKING STUDIES ON BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE PYRAZOLE TERMINATED IMINO NAPHTHYL DERIVATIVES

In this present study, a series of pyrazole terminated imino naphthyl derivatives (4a-4f) were synthesized by the condensation reaction between 1,3, diphenyl pyrazol-4-carboxaldehyde with substituted aromatic amines and all the synthesized compounds were well characterized by different spectroscopic techniques. The compounds were analysed for their invitro antimicrobial activities against some bacterial and some fungal strains and compared with the standard drugs. The molecular docking studies with protein and DNA were carried out using the online software Arguslab 4.0.1 and revealed that all the synthesized compounds were showed moderate to good biological activities both experimentally and theoretically.
